UOAssist

Some of the popular features of UOAssist™ are:

Arm/Disarm: Allows you to quickly equip weapons/items and take them off. You setup which items to equip with then simply press a key (default is insert) and UOAssist will place the item(s) in your hand(s). Disarm will take whatever is currently in your hands and place them in your pack. There is no need to have your paperdoll or even your pack open cluttering your game screen. And you can be running and still arm/disarm as the mouse isn't used or affected.
Count Resources: UOAssist can 'dig' through your pack and any containers it has counting reagents it finds. If you are in full screen mode you'll need to switch to windowed mode or alt-tab to the UOAssist window to see the information.
Show incoming people/creatures: This is similar to 'allnames' but it is automatic. Whenever someone 'new' is seen by UOAssist it places the name above the person/creature for you so you don't have to hit allnames.
Filter bard music and spirit speak: Does just that, if your ears hurt from hearing these sounds over and over use this option to 'stop the music'.
Reveal hidden power words: Many people attempt to hide the power words of the current spell they are casting. This feature ATTEMPTS (isn't 100%) to redirect those 'filler' lines to the bottom left corner of the game window (where system messages go). This is good for yourself as well if you put the 'filler' lines in because you can see your own power words yet others will see the filler so you can make sure you cast the right spell. OSI has a version of this working now as well. Personally I prefer the UOAssist method so I've left the feature in for now.
Target self: Ever need to cast heal on yourself but that ettin has you hidden in his shadow with no way out? Well with target self you can still do it. Just cast the heal and when the target cursor comes up press target-self (default key is HOME) and you get the heal.
Selling agent: You can specify items you always want to sell or a bag that its contents should always be sold and then when you say 'vendor sell' the agent will automatically sell items for you. A big click saver for craftsmen or anyone selling many items.
Macros: You can record many actions in the game and then repeat them by pressing one keystroke.
