Q: How do I get UOAssist with UO gold?

Q: Markee Dragon requires my UOAssist seed. Is it safe to give it to Markee Dragon?

A: Yes it is safe. UOAssist seeds do not contain account names or passwords so they can not be used to 'hack' an account.

Q: Is the key I will get from Markee Dragon a valid UOAssist Key?

A: Yes. After you pay Markee Dragon with your UO gold and give him the seed you want registered Markee Dragon purchases a valid UOAssist license/key directly from Tugsoft, Inc.

Q: My UOAssist account has been disabled by Tugsoft, Inc. Can I get it reactivated by paying with UO Gold through Markee Dragon?

A: In many cases it is possible. Markee Dragon pays Tugsoft a higher price for account reactivation which means he will charge more gold as well. Some seeds/accounts are not eligible for reactivation through this method.

Q: I bought a key through Markee Dragon and my hard drive crashed. How can I get my key back?

A: You can get it back using the Locate Key page here at www.tugsoft.com just like you can with any other registered account.

Q: Someone else has offered to trade my UO gold for a key can I trust them?

A: Markee Dragon is the only one authorized at this time for this program. Getting a key, in exchange of any UO item including gold, from anyone else is at your own risk.
