EMail Servers not delivering mail

• What does UOAssist do?  -- Visit the features page for some feature descriptions.
• How much does it cost? -- A license for a single game account is currently $15.00US.  There is no monthly fee and all 1.x versions are included.
• What happens when 2.x is released?  -- IF you want to upgrade to it there will be an upgrade fee BUT you will not be forced to upgrade as 1.x will continue to work.  Also note that 2.x is not scheduled currently.
• Do I have to purchase a license for every server I use?   -- No, a license allows use of UOAssist on all of the OSI servers.  You do have to purchase a license for each game account you want to use it with though.
• Does UOAssist exploit any bugs?  -- No.
• Does the seed I send Tugsoft to register contain my account name and/or password? -- No.   It doesn't contain either of them.
• Can UOAssist arm or disarm me faster than I can with the game interface? -- Not technically, if you are very fast and accurate with the mouse you can arm/disarm just as fast.  I'm sure most everyone has seen the message 'You must wait to perform another action' the server sends when you try to arm/disarm to fast.  UOAssist has the same server side limitations BUT it is a program and isn't simulating mouse movements so it doesn't 'miss' while trying to arm/disarm.  Also if UOAssist sees the message 'You must wait..' it automatically tries again for you.
• Can UOAssist make a person invincible or let them gain skills faster than others? -- NO!   Even if this was possible I would NEVER release such a program.
• I'm pretty fast at arm/disarm so why use UOAssist? -- UOAssist does have the advantage that your paperdoll and pack do NOT have to be open to arm/disarm so you have more viewing area and if the server decides you were too fast UOAssist will automatically retry, other than those no advantage.
• Does UOAssist account for reagents used while casting spells or inscribing scrolls?  Yes, you must tell UOAssist to count your resources once after logging into the game.  Then UOAssist will keep track of reagents for you.
• What about OSI? -- UOAssist has received UOPro status from OSI.
• When OSI changes the encryption/compression how long before UOAssist will be changed to work with the changes? -- There are NO guarantees that UOAssist will be changed to work with any new encryption/compression.  I have had to update UOAssist many times now because of data stream changes OSI made.  The first time it took 4 days, second time 12 hours, and the last time it only took 1 hour.  This is still no guarantee just telling what has happened in the past.
• Does UOAssist work in full screen mode? -- Yes everything will work, but you can't see the titlebar information that you can when running in windowed mode.
• If you don't guarantee UOAssist will be changed when OSI changes the data stream why should I buy UOAssist? -- If you read most software license agreements you'll find they almost always make no guarantee that it will function as desired and without bugs...   I want people to understand that if OSI makes certain changes I may not be able to compensate for them and therefore will not guarantee anything.  If I made/make any statements that even hint at a guarantee that I'd at least make an effort towards correcting UOAssist those statements might be used in court against Tugsoft so I won't make such statements.  I realize a guarantee of any type would be nice and reassure potential customers but I try not to make promises I might not be able to keep.  I could just not point out, because it is in the license agreement, that things may break but I want people to understand the possible outcomes.  I'll say this again, almost every software license agreement I've read makes statements that pretty much mean if the software doesn't work they have no commitment to fix it.
• Does Tugsoft give out or sell my personal information I put on the trial/order form?   No, this information is held privately at Tugsoft and will not be given out.
• What happens if I lose my seed and/or key?  If you registered UOAssist you can quickly get your key back using the 'Locate Key' page.   Your seed may look different but the same key will work and locate key can be used to find it if you are using the same game account.  If you forgot how to have UOAssist make your key follow the instructions on the Get It Now page.
• Can I use UOAssist on my home and work machine?  Yes, the same key will work on all machines as long as you are using the same game account.  The seeds will look different on the different machines but the same key will still work as long as you are using the same game account.
• If I switch game accounts will you switch my key?  No keys are not switched.
