UOAssist Registration and Order Form

If you wish to register UOAssist, read the license agreement (this is the same as the one you should have read while installing UOAssist) and if you agree to the terms fill out the information below. (A * next to an entry field signifies a required field.)

Note: Before you can Register UOAssist you need to download it, install it and get UOAssist to create your 'seed'. For more information visit the download and instructions page.

The information you enter will be held private by Tugsoft and will not be sold or given to other companies or individuals. If you don't feel like entering the required information (marked with *) or using correct information please don't fill out the form. Full names are required for ordering.

This form is not very advanced so if you leave the form and come back the information will most likely be gone. So read everything and follow any links you need before entering information. Also when you press the Order button you will get a confirmation screen. The order has been placed as soon as you press the order button, so if you notice something is wrong you'll need to fill out another form. I process orders 'backwards'. Meaning the last one received is processed first. This helps get any corrected forms before the forms that needed corrections are processed.

NOTE: Be SURE to log into the game with the account you are registering to get your 'seed'. If you don't log all the way in it is possible the seed displayed is for a different game account and the key you receive will NOT work for you.

Order Submission

By clicking the order button you are agreeing to purchase a license for UOAssist at the price posted above in US currency.

Your license key will be emailed to the address specified above if the charge to your credit card is approved. If you choose to refuse the charge placed on your credit card at a later date steps will be taken to disable your key. Furthermore, if in the future you decide to license UOAssist after refusing a charge you will first have to pay a $20.00US charge-back fee.

It is very important to read the license agreement. One thing it points out is there is no guarentee that UOAssist will function correctly or at all. This also means that if changes are made to Ultima Online that stops UOAssist from functioning in any manner there is no promise that Tugsoft will correct the problems.

Normal turn around time is 5 hours on business days. It can be up to one business day but if you don't receive your order within 2 business days please send an email with your seed included so the problem can be tracked down.
