UOAssist Registration and Order Form

If you wish to register UOAssist, read the license agreement (this is the same as the one you should have read while installing UOAssist) and if you agree to the terms fill out the information below. (A * next to an entry field signifies a required field.)

Note: Before you can Register UOAssist you need to download it, install it and get UOAssist to create your 'seed'. For more information visit the download and instructions page.

The information you enter will be held private by Tugsoft and will not be sold or given to other companies or individuals. If you don't feel like entering the required information (marked with *) or using correct information please don't fill out the form. Full names are required for ordering.

This form is not very advanced so if you leave the form and come back the information will most likely be gone. So read everything and follow any links you need before entering information. Also when you press the Order button you will get a confirmation screen. The order has been placed as soon as you press the order button, so if you notice something is wrong you'll need to fill out another form. I process orders 'backwards'. Meaning the last one received is processed first. This helps get any corrected forms before the forms that needed corrections are processed.

Order Submission

By clicking the order button you are agreeing to purchase a license for UOAssist at the price posted above in US currency.

A license key good for 20 days will be emailed to the address specified above within 3 days of receiving your check. If the check does not 'clear' you will not receive a new key. Any customer that 'bounces' a check will be charged a $20US service fee. If your payment 'clears' you will automatically receive a new key when the bank statements are verified, this should occur at least few days before your key expires. If your email address changes during the 20 day period you will need to inform Tugsoft of the new address.

If you are paying with a check the above applies with the following changes. The check MUST be drawn on a US bank. You will receive your 20-day key after Tugsoft receives your check. If the check bounces or for some reason doesn't 'clear' the bank there will be a $20.00US service fee. Once your check clears you will be emailed a key that doesn't contain an expiration date.

If you are paying with a money order the above applies with the following changes. The money order must be in US currency. A key that doesn't contain an expiration date will be emailed to the address above.

After clicking Order you will be shown a screen with your information on it. Print the 'confirmation' page out and send it along with your check made out to Tugsoft to:
