If you didn't read the license agreement upon installation of UOAssist please do so now: UOAssist License Agreement.
The first thing needed is your 'seed'.
If you don't know what a 'seed' is or how to get it instructions can be found on the Get It Now page.
Make sure you log all the way into the game before getting your seed or it may be incorrect.
