Non-OSI shard information UPDATE August 30, 2001 -- All non-OSI shard keys have been removed and will become disabled soon. For some reason a number of people like to continue to complain about the unsupported servers (non-OSI servers) even after they are told they are unsupported. Additionally the new client that is coming (if it remains close to what 3.0.4k was like) will break the non-OSI support. No effort is planned at this time to make non-OSI shards work with the changes. It will be re-evaluated in the future (like November) after the non-OSI shards have updated to use current clients again. Please do not send email about this whether your comments are negative or positive. Doing so will just put the re-evaluation date out further.
Old information that no longer matters below: If you plan to use UOAssist on non-OSI shards please read this entire page. FIRST : If you play on OSI shards as well as non-OSI shards you should examine/re-examine the terms of service and rules of conduct to play. If you are found in violation of the TOS or ROC you can be banned from the official service. (there is a section in both the TOS and ROC about playing on non-OSI servers) UOAssist is designed for and tested on OSI shards. When updates are made to the official OSI client/servers UOAssist is normally quickly updated to match them so it will function on them. This can and often does 'break' support for non-OSI shards. Be aware of this and plan for it to happen. Do NOT email Tugsoft asking for old versions of UOAssist. We do not keep old versions around and even if we did we would not provide them. Do NOT email Tugsoft asking for a version of UOAssist that works with client version x.x.x ... for the same reason. UOAssist is not tested on non-OSI shards so if problems are encountered most likely they will not be verified or fixed. If you have problems using UOAssist on the non-OSI shard you play on do not email us. Talk to other players of your shard to see if they can help you.
Below are keys for non-OSI shards. If one doesn't work try another. If you can't get any of them to work talk to others on your shard and see if they know the problem.
