UOAssist

We have received a few emails asking us to confirm the 'rumor' that there is a key generator for UOAssist floating around. Yes, in reality there are at least 2 different key generators floating around. Do they work? Yes, they produce keys that will enable UOAssist. How do I get one? Find someone that has one of them or there are a few available for download that may or may not have trojans embedded in them. Remember if you download software designed to steal don't be too surprised when it bites back. There also are people that will create an illegal key for others in the game or via email, icq, irc ...

What happens for use of a bogus/illegal key? UOAssist will be disabled for the account. In addition other related accounts can become disabled as well. Use of the bogus keys can put any legit UOAssist keys you have in jeopardy.

When an account is disabled for using a key created anywhere other than Tugsoft it cost at LEAST $35.00US (only US cash is accepted as payment for reactivation) to get UOAssist reactivated for that account. Also note that the account may not be reactivated for up to 4 months AFTER all fees are paid in full via US cash. Normally it does not take that long but it just might so there is no guarantee of anything shorter. A few of the people that are in the process of getting an account reactivated complain about the possibility of waiting for 4 months. Too bad. A cliché that fits here is 'If you can't do the time, don't do the crime.'

The only legit place to get a key for UOAssist (either trial or registered key) is from Tugsoft directly (this web site). If someone in game, IRC, ICQ, or a message board says they can get one for you it is a scam. If you actually unknowingly fall for a scam we are sorry but naivety and/or stupidity does not excuse you from the cost of reactivation. You still will have to pay all outstanding fees for that account to get it reactivated.

If you let others have access to your game account and they use a bogus/illegal key to get UOAssist for your game account it will still be disabled will not be re-enabled until all fees are paid in US cash. There will be no exceptions, even if you have purchased 100 or more keys honorably from Tugsoft.

And a warning for those that buy game accounts from others:
If you purchase/trade for a game account that has been disabled for using an illegal key you'll have to pay all fee(s) outstanding for that account before we will enable it. If you don't think that is fair because you didn't use the bogus/illegal key that is fine, just don't pay the fee(s) and it won't be enabled. The only thing you are out is use of UOAssist. If this is a concern for you then before you purchase an account get the UOAssist seed of the account and email us asking for the status of the account. Do not trust the seller or even the 'locate key' page on this website. Many of the disabled accounts now will return valid keys from Locate Key because many of the thieves are attempting to get UOAssist going again by purchasing a key. But even those keys will not work until all outstanding fees are paid.

As in 'real' life, stealing is a bad idea. It is also a bad idea to hang out with those that steal.
